Office Contest Rules, Regulations, & Privacy Policy for Mastercraft Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical
How to Enter: Mastercraft Heating is proud to provide, a full holiday dinner (Turkey OR Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, candied yams, rolls, and a pie) through Kroger holiday meals, and holiday gifts for ALL children under the age of 18 in the household. You must be 13 years of age or older to enter. Only one entry per household. Contestants may sign up beginning Nov 1st, 2023. Entries will be accepted though 11: 59p ET Nov 30th, 2023. Mastercraft is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for interruptions in online service.
How to Apply: Register at https://www.mastercraftheating.com/charity/holiday-dinner-gift-giveaway.html page for your chance to win our free holiday dinner and gift giveaway. The winner will be contacted by a manager of Mastercraft Heating, Cooling, Pluming, & Electrical. In the event Mastercraft cannot contact the winner from the information provided on their entry within three (3) business days, the prize will be awarded to the next winner. No purchase necessary. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Prizes: Mastercraft Heating will choose 10 (ten) winners to receive a full holiday dinner and gifts for all children in the home under 18 (eighteen). The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the winner being notified and is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Eligibility Requirements: Employees and their immediate family members of Mastercraft Heating are not eligible to participate. Applicant's voids were prohibited by law. Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All aspects of this contest, including scheduling and the awarding of prizes are subject to force majeure. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Mastercraft Heating from damages arising out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of prizes received during this contest. All Federal, State and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be identified by two forms of identification, with at least one a photo ID. By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation and to abide by the official rules and decisions of the official judges, which shall be final in all respects.
***Winner must reside within the radius of the company's locations. Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Monroe, and parts of Livingston County.
